
It’s super simple and will keep you full for a few hours.
I love to make this breakfast because it’s fast, healthy and it’s delicious.
These were my ingredients:
1/2 cup Quaker Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats gluten free
1 Cup of water
1/4 oat milk (You can substitute for any type of milk)
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar (I also use agave syrup if I’m feeling extra healthy)
1 tablespoon Organic Cacao nibs
1 tablespoon Organic Hemp seeds
Raspberries
Blueberries
Boysenberries
Step 1
Combine oats, water, oat milk, brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Step 2
Let the oats absorb the water and keep stirring until desired thickness. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Pour the oatmeal and drizzle it with a pinch of cacao nibs, hemp seeds, raspberries, blueberries and boysenberries. Top it with any fruit you like, bananas are a good idea also.
*In a hurry? Add milk! If the oatmeal is very hot I like to add a little bit of milk to the mixture once I serve it so it cools down and its perfect for me to eat.
